CHILL's goal is to provide the independent health libraries of the London area with opportunities to improve their services through mutual communication and co-operation.

CHILL's forward plan 2006-8 identified Continuing Professional Development as a key goal for CHILL members.  The CPD group is dedicated to carrying out activities related to this goal.
